I joined the Wellington Branch in March 2016 and assist Dean in the running of the Wellington Office. I manage the company finances and the daily running of the lettings account ensuring our landlords are paid promptly. Varying duties include looking after compliance by keeping up to date with industry memberships and legislation such as Propertymark NAEA, GDPR Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and the Client Money Protection scheme. Rebekah joined the team in June 2018. Having previous experience in estate agency Rebekah has quickly become experienced in lettings administration and property management. Liaising daily with our landlords, tenants and maintenance contractors Becky assists in the smooth running of the lettings department. Becky’s friendly approach and efficiency ensures her popularity with our clients and associates.
Mia joined the Wellington Office in May 2019 as an apprentice and has quickly settled into her role within the team. Mia works mainly within the Lettings department but also assists in sales providing valuable admin and customer service support alongside completing her qualification in Administration. Mia shows great enthusiasm in her approach to her duties and is keen to learn all aspects of estate agency. Her friendly personality ensures she is providing the best possible customer service to our clients and associates.
