With over 30 years of experience in the customer service sector, James brings a deep commitment to delivering exceptional support and care to clients navigating their home-moving journey. His extensive background in both property sales and lettings has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, allowing him to offer well-rounded, insightful guidance tailored to each individual's needs. His blend of experience, empathy, and ambition makes him a trusted and invaluable member of the team.

I joined Dean in running the Wellington office back in March 2016 and have been hands-on with everything from managing the company finances and rental accounts to making sure we stay compliant with industry standards such as Propertymark, Client Money Protection, NAEA, GDPR, anti-money laundering regulations and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Summer is an integral part of our team having first joined as an apprentice. She has built a wealth of experience and industry knowledge, becoming a trusted and familiar face to both colleagues and clients. Her dedication to professional development is evident - She successfully completed the ABBE Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents, demonstrating a strong grasp of all aspects of property management and is now working towards the Level 4 ARLA Propertymark qualification further deepening her expertise in residential lettings and property law. Summer plays a key part in supporting our landlords, overseeing the day-to-day management of their properties with care and efficiency. From coordinating maintenance and inspections to ensuring compliance and tenant satisfaction, she brings a proactive approach to every aspect of the lettings process.

Frankie shares a genuine enthusiasm for the property market and has quickly become an integral part of the team. With prior experience in the rental industry, he hit the ground running and continues to provide outstanding support to both tenants and landlords. Frankie plays a key role in guiding new rental applicants through the process, helping them settle into their new homes with confidence and ease. Frankie also oversees property maintenance, working closely with contractors to ensure every home is kept in excellent condition and meets the high standards our landlords expect. Beyond day-to-day operations, Frankie offers valuable insight and advice to landlords looking to expand their portfolios, drawing on his wealth of experience and understanding of the market his proactive, client-focused approach makes him a trusted and respected member of the team.

Ellie has joined our Wellington team on a dedicated 18-month Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management. Ellie is already making a fantastic impression. Working closely with the rental team, she plays an active role in helping match new tenants with the right properties—booking appointments, assisting with maintenance coordination, and conducting viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm. Her helpful and friendly nature makes her a real asset to both colleagues and clients. Ellie is quickly becoming a valued member of the team as she continues to build her skills and knowledge through her apprenticeship, we are excited to support her growth in the property industry.
