Operating under a Harwood Licence, a new franchise can start operating from day one with an existing property stock of around 350, giving it time to build its own stock list. 

Harwood prides itself on its unique commission structure, offering each franchisee the opportunity to sell stock from other offices.  Both vendors and purchasers benefit from this system.

Regular Franchisee meetings are an excellent opportunity to discuss relevant issues and voice ideas for developing the Company brand name further.
